Dylan Ballard

Vice President

Dylan is a Vice President at Robertson Stephens on the Technology and Operations team. He has 10 years of experience in the wealth management industry, building an expertise leveraging trading technology alongside implementing scalable operations to provide advisors and clients the best experience possible.

Prior to joining Robertson Stephens, Dylan was the Senior Portfolio Analyst for a wealth management firm in Pittsburgh, PA. He oversaw the trading of over $7B AUM in client portfolios utilizing the Tamarac/Envestnet suite of technology.  He was critical to the growth of his previous firm by streamlining trading operations allowing his previous firm to grow from $3B AUM when he started a few years prior.  Dylan strives for effectiveness and efficiency in operations while ensuring advisors and clients are fully supported.

Dylan earned his BA’s in Economics and History from the University of Pittsburgh. He enjoys exploring museums, reading, hiking, and rooting for the Steelers.
