April 6, 2022 – Last Tuesday, the House passed the “Securing a Strong Retirement Act of 2022”, otherwise known as the SECURE Act 2.0. The bill passed with overwhelming bipartisan support and is expected to receive similar acceptance in the Senate. Click here for the main provisions of the Act.
